I am an in-network provider for Aetna, Cigna, and Optum. For those interested in submitting a claim to out-of-network insurance providers, I am happy to provide a superbill at the end of the month. Please contact me to discuss rates.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.

The office is 2 blocks east of Lake Ave on Green St. 2nd floor, office 280. Elevator and stairs from the parking lot behind bldg. There is a paid lot behind the building for $0.75/15 min. Street parking is no charge.
