Life is a journey filled with constant change, and transitions bring both challenges and opportunities. Whether navigating a significant life event or facing everyday changes, you don’t have to do it alone.

What are life transitions? They are periods of change that can be planned or unexpected. Examples include:

  • Career Changes: Starting a new job, changing careers, or facing job loss.

  • Relationship Changes: Marriage, divorce, becoming a parent, or losing a loved one.

  • Personal Growth: Changes in identity, such as coming out, retirement, or pursuing education.

  • Health Changes: Coping with a diagnosis, managing chronic illness, or recovery from injury.

  • Relocation: Moving to a new city or country, adapting to new environments.
